Eligibility Criteria

Bosence Farm Community operates an Equal Opportunities Policy in relation to all its services.

Access to BFC’s services is assessed in relation to this Policy and to the following criteria:

• Want a 12-Step orientated focus to their on-going recovery process

• Are adults over the age of 18 (we don't take couples together)

• Test completely clear on arrival

• Do not require long term anti-depressants other than SSRIs. Where SSRIs are being prescribed, medical confirmation whether reduction to the point of abstinence is possible and safe.

• Have no current or on-going psychiatric diagnosis

• Where on Probation, must be accepted by Devon & Cornwall Probation

• Have no outstanding court cases

• Have no arson / sex offences / serious violence, and/or schedule 1 offences in their history

• Have Medium to High support needs

• Undergo a full assessment of service & support needs

• Willing and able to participate in the services offered by Bosence Farm Community

• Able to meet the rent element of our charges (usually with Housing Benefit)
